The backbone of our company

Monica Gingerich

Miss Monica
Monica founded RDC in 2002 with the assistance of Terry Foss. Monica is our Executive Director, Ministry Coach, Creative Director, and Choreographer. A natural dancer and creative artist, the Lord gave her the vision and call to this ministry. Her dance experience comes from being taught by the Holy Spirit in the Word as well as what she’s learned from other seasoned dance ministers.
