“RiverWatch” is a group of dance moms who help facilitate fundraising and special events. They assist the Administration with activities that can be organized and conducted by parents.
Their main goal is to cultivate a community of parents within the RDC organization in order to:
get feedback about things that are happening in the company,
get ideas for other activities and fund-raisers,
help the parents take ownership in the ministry and really feel a part of it - developing loyalty and open communication between parents and the Administration,
get parents actively involved in the function of the ministry.
