 My oldest daughter has been dancing and worshipping in the River Dance Company for 5 years. My second daughter has been in the company for 4 years. One of the first things that I appreciated most about the company was that my daughters were modestly attired and looked like "girls" instead of miniature adults. I love it that they are learning to praise the Lord in an uninhibited way. There is no greater joy than to watch them turn on the music at home and dance for the Lord as part of their daily worship!

RDC is an awesome ministry that provides sound biblical teaching for our daughter with terrific dance instruction while learning to worship the Lord with dance. For the rest of us, it provides countless opportunities to be a part as servants in the background (and we do have fun!). What we come away from the spring performances is priceless.

I love RDC because the people here love Jesus Christ, and base their actions on that love. My daughter loves it here; I never thought she would like dance as much as she does. RDC is a wonderful place to teach our kids about the grace and love of Jesus. God has blessed each of us in a unique way and to love Jesus Christ is to look for that in each other, even when it is difficult in our day to day lives.

We have been with RDC for six years (whew!). We love RDC because we get to see our daughter do what she loves to do and at the same time grow in her relationship with Jesus through this expression of worship.

“I love RDC because it has given my daughter the opportunity to learn another expression of worship. Chrissy calls it "God-dancing", and that says it all! We have decided to make RDC a priority in our life (and budget) because we believe that, for our daughter, God-dancing is a necessity not a luxury. It is a whole-body approach to worship. She gains friends, exercise, spiritual instruction, along with training in dance techniques. Plus, we love all the instructors!!!”
